Take yoga classes designed to help you recover from a recent injury or overcome chronic pain. Yoga Therapy can help with chronic shoulder pain, numbness caused by pinched nerves, frozen shoulders, back pain, knee weakness, and anxiety.  We address the source of your pain by strengthening weak areas of the body. Taught in person or virtually.

Prenatal and Postnatal Recovery
This season of motherhood is such a beautiful time, but it requires supporting our body in unique ways.  Learn how to support your every changing body during pregnancy, strengthen and stretch the body to prepare for delivery, and then learn how to support your body as it heals post delivery.  Together we learn to have grace with ourselves and focus on supporting our body during this amazing journey

Arm Balance Workshop
Journey Toward an Arm Balance Move your arm balance journey forward by tapping into the hidden strength required to balance. Learn the role Bandha or core strength plays in helping you soar. Practice, with a partner, how to approach and balance in variety of armbalances. Plus learn some tips and tricks along the way. This workshop is perfect for a first time arm balancer, a novice who struggles staying lifted or a yogi with a strong practice of arm balancing.

Building an Inversion Practice Workshop
If you dream of finding handstand, headstand or pincha but don’t know where to start this is for you. We’ll explore the power of inversions, find accessible first steps and play with partial or full inversions. This workshop varies based on the capabilities of attendees but will still offer a variety of strength building drills and plenty of time to “play” upsidedown.

Yoga Nidra Class
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness in between waking and sleeping. The body is systematically relaxed by the student to allow for a deeper release of tension.
