Private Yoga 
One-on-one private yoga classes (in person or virtually) designed to meet the unique goals of each client.  Private classes are tailored to help you achieve your goals.  Private classes might be a good fit if you want work on  increasing range of motion, Prenatal or Post natal improving mental health, reducing stress or anxiety,  rebuilding strength after injury, or recovering from mild brain trauma (like concussion).

Yoga Therapy for Injury Recovery
Private yoga classes designed to help you recover from a recent injury or overcome chronic pain. Yoga Therapy can help with chronic shoulder pain, numbness caused by pinched nerves, frozen shoulders, back pain, knee weakness, and anxiety.  We address the source of your pain by strengthening weak areas of the body.

Prenatal and Postnatal Recovery
This season of motherhood is such a beautiful time, but it requires supporting our body in unique ways.  Learn how to support your every changing body during pregnancy, strengthen and stretch the body to prepare for delivery, and then learn how to support your body as it heals post delivery.  Together we learn to have grace with ourselves and focus on supporting our body during this amazing journey

Sport Specific Yoga
Athletes Practicing Yoga on Football FieldSport specific yoga customized to your team’s training need. Yoga compliments an athlete’s strength and conditioning training by offering something different.  Yoga is recognized to build more stabile joints, improve flexibility, reduce risk of injury and improve range of motion. Team training is designed uniquely for each group’s goals.

Corporate Wellness Classes
Yoga Classes to meet your corporate wellness goals.  Onsite Yoga class gives employees an opportunity to move, destress and relax during the work day.  Corporate classes can be structured to meet your wellness insurance initiatives or overall wellness goals.

Guest Instructor 
Quality workshops or a series of lesson brought to your space.  Onsite workshops by guest instructors add to the tapestry of options you already offer.  Workshops options can range from 2-4 hours, a series of classes or weekend long retreat type classes.  Check out the Book Me page for examples of what is offered.
